I’m back in Tel Aviv after 3 weeks of traveling. Paris with Hermes, Couture Fashion Week, a new campaign shooting (all my adventures posts are coming soon!) and then after working so hard I decided it’s time to party harder, and spontaneously changed my route and went to meet my friends in Ibiza!
Believe it or not, I have not had a true break for a long time, and it was definitely time for some quality time, disconnecting from emails, phone calls and focusing on having pure fun.
Whenever and wherever I’m traveling I’m aways so happy to come back home to Tel Aviv, even if it’s just for few days. Some of my friends don’t get it, they say they don’t understand how I choose to live here if I have so many opportunities to live wherever I want. “it’s too small here, it’s too loud and it’s seems like everyone involve with every one’s else business, while they really should focus on their own”.
So yes, I kind of relate to it, Tel Aviv is a hot place, in terms of weather in terms of temper but I love it the way it is. I just find the right parts of it and sometimes blame it on the weatherman… But you know what, it’s not about who you should blame, it’s about taking responsibility for your life. If you don’t like this place, find another one, If you don’t want to go, change your perspective. If you are not happy now? Do something that will put a smile on your face. They way you feel usually has nothing to do with where you are at because after all, wherever you will go, you always be taking yourself there.
In honor of celebrating on my hometown, I’m so happy to share with you this photo shoot which the most amazing and talented photographer, Shaun Mendiola who works as an adidas photographer, took last month. I hope you will love it and please guys be, just be, responsibly happy.
